Required products :
200 grams butter
200 grams melted cheese (unsalted)
1 teaspoon flour
sugar
Method of preparation :
Grate the melted cheese finely and add the coarsely grated butter, then the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Roll it out on a floured surface and cut out different shapes using cookie cutters.
Arrange in a pan and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the cookies in a preheated 180-190 degree oven until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).
