Required products :
100 grams of softened butter
100 grams of powdered sugar
100 grams of flour
2 eggs
peel of 1 lemon a
few drops of vanilla essence
4 tablespoons cottage cheese
lemon cream
serving ice cream
Method of preparation :
Mix the butter with the powdered sugar, flour and eggs. Add the grated lemon peel and vanilla essence.
Distribute the resulting dough in a suitable form and place in the microwave at full power for 3 minutes.
Heat the curd also in the microwave, apply it on the pudding and pour lemon cream.
Serve with your favorite ice cream.
