Required products :
550 grams of oatmeal cookies
3 eggs (egg whites only)
160 grams of sweetened butter
190 grams of powdered sugar
Method of preparation :
Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Pour them into a bowl and add the melted sweetened butter. Mix the mixture well, then distribute it evenly on the bottom of a suitable container and press well to obtain a thick tray.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until a firm white foam is obtained.
Put the finished cream on the oatmeal and you can decorate with small fruits.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
