How To Cook Raspberry Cake With Oatmeal And Butter Crumbs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 125 grams of unsalted butter, melted
  • 225 grams of flour
  • 135 grams of oatmeal
  • 110 grams of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a square baking dish measuring 23 centimeters.
  • Cover the bottom and sides of the dish with baking paper to make it easier to remove the cake.
  • In a large bowl, mix the butter, flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well.
  • Add the egg and stir again.
  • Distribute 2 1/2 tea cups of the mixture into the mold and press to the bottom with your palms to form the base.
  • Top with raspberry jam and sprinkle with the remaining mixture, forming butter crumbs.
  • Bake for about 30-35 minutes until deep golden.
  • Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
