Required products :

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond oil
  • 1/3 tea cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tea cup white raisins
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon spice for pumpkin pie

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, place the oatmeal, coconut, almond oil, pumpkin puree, raisins, maple syrup, chia and pumpkin seeds, season.

With your hands, form small balls about 3-4 centimeters in size.

Arrange in a wide plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Put the finished candies in a tightly closed box. If you want to store them for a longer time, put them in the freezer.
