Wash the cleaned and peeled pumpkin. Cut it into large pieces, which you grind with a blender. You can roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan and eat them then, do not use them to make the drink.
Peel a banana, grate it and add to the pumpkin. Put the apple, cleaned of the core (peel if desired). Grind all the fruit. Once they become a thick puree, pour kefir into it and beat again. This will make the consistency more fluid.
Divide the drink into cups and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
