How To Cook Red Apple Drink With Honey, Ginger And Lemon - Recipe

Necessary products:

10 - 12 red apples

10 centimeters of ginger root

juice and peel of 2 lemons

natural honey to taste

1 - 2 cinnamon sticks

4 - 5 liters of water

Method of preparation:

Cut the peeled ginger into tiles, pour into a saucepan. Make small incisions on the surface of the apples and place them next to the ginger together with the lemon peel and cinnamon. Pour the water, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Close the container with a lid and leave until the drink cools. When the temperature reaches a "warm" state, add honey and lemon juice. Determine the amount of honey according to your preferences. You can serve the drink both hot and cold.
