Necessary products:

 

  • 2 teaspoons white rice
  • 6 teaspoons water or vegetable broth
  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 1 marinated red pepper
  • 1 tomato, peeled and grated
  • sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water or broth into a saucepan, heat the liquid and boil the rice. Cool it, while frying in a pan onions, finely chopped peppers, tomatoes and minced meat. Add salt, pepper and cumin. Stir and season with chopped parsley. Cool the filling. From the rice form balls, in the middle of each put a tablespoon of meat stuffing and form meatballs. Heat more fat, dip them in eggs, flour and breadcrumbs. Fry the meatballs until golden brown and drain on a kitchen roll. Arrange on a plate and serve warm.
