Boil 5 tea cups of water in a saucepan and boil the noodles in it, stirring often until soft. Cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain, rinse well under cold water and set aside.
Mix the minced meat, 1 tablespoon of mint and 2 teaspoons of fish sauce in a bowl. Form meatballs from the mixture. Heat a frying pan, grease and fry the meatballs on both sides.
Mix in a large bowl the remaining fish sauce, chili sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Pour the rice noodles and cabbage salad into the dressing bowl and stir. Serve the noodles and meatballs on a plate and garnish with fresh mint and lime slices.
