Required products :

  • 1.5 teaspoons long grain rice
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • onion head
  • 1/3 tea cup hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts
  • ground peppercorns, salt and parsley

Method of preparation :

Clean the rice grains, wash them, put in a saucepan and pour 3-4 teaspoons of water. Place the pan on the hob and let the liquid boil. Once this is done, close with a lid and let it cook until done. This will take about 15 minutes. It is important not to stir during the heat treatment. Once the rice is cooked, rinse it with cold water.

Heat the fat in a pan and fry the beans in it for 3-4 minutes, stirring thoroughly in the meantime.

Heat a plate (you can use the microwave) and transfer the rice to it.

Add a little vegetable oil to the pan and fry the chopped onion until golden. Then add the mushrooms, and a few minutes later pour the ground nuts.

Return the rice to the pan, let all the products cook together for a few more minutes, then salt them, sprinkle with ground black pepper, chopped parsley and you can serve.

Have a good time!
