Required products :

  • 2.5 teaspoons of rice
  • 5 teaspoons beef broth
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 milliliters of vegetable fat
  • 1 teaspoon pilaf spices


Method of preparation :

Pour hot water over the rice, which after 10 minutes drain, and grind the grains between your palms. This is necessary to get crumbly rice. Then rinse under running water several times.
