How To Cook Rice With Turmeric, Zucchini, Green Beans And Peas - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 grams of rice for paella
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 900 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 100 grams of frozen peas
  • 123 grams of stewed asparagus, chopped
  • 100 grams of frozen green beans
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • lemon slices per serving
  • fresh dill

Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into slices, then into quarters.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.

Add the rice and spices, then add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add the asparagus and zucchini. When the rice is ready, after about 10 minutes, add the peas, green beans and lemon juice.

Stir and season with dill.

Serve with lemon slices.
