Method of preparation :
Cut the zucchini into slices, then into quarters.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add the rice and spices, then add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add the asparagus and zucchini. When the rice is ready, after about 10 minutes, add the peas, green beans and lemon juice.
Stir and season with dill.
Serve with lemon slices.
