How To Cook Roast Chicken With Tomatoes, Onions And Olives - Recipe

Required products :

1 chicken weighing about 1.5 kg
6 large tomatoes
2-3 onions
150 grams olives
5 cloves garlic
black pepper, salt and olive oil to taste
other spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and cut it into medium-thick strips. Steam and peel the tomatoes, clean the seeds and cut the rest into large pieces.

Remove the stones from the olives, chop the garlic.

Mix all these products (leave a piece of garlic) that you have prepared, add spices to taste and distribute half of the combination in a pan. Pour a little olive oil.

Cut the chicken into portions and place in a bowl on the vegetable "bed". Crush the garlic that you separated with spices and pour a little olive oil.

Rub the meat with this mixture and then put the remaining vegetables in the pan.

Bake for about an hour in the oven (at 190 degrees).
