How To Cook Roast Turkey Breast With Tomatoes, Mozzarella And Olives - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted turkey breast with tomatoes, mozzarella and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

600 grams of turkey breast (cut into strips)

400 grams of tomatoes (cut into pieces)

250 grams of mozzarella (cut into thin slices)

150 milliliters of cream

2 tablespoons pitted green olives (cut as desired)

leaves of 1 arugula (also chopped)

1 teaspoon honey

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix in a bowl the chopped olives, arugula and tomatoes, add the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon honey.

Grease the pan in which you will roast the meat, arrange the pieces of turkey, add spices to taste and spread the mozzarella on top. Place in a preheated oven and let the dish bake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden.

Remove the prepared meat in a suitable plate and serve with sauce. For garnish it is appropriate to offer potato croquettes.
