Required products :

  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (or breadcrumbs)
  • 1/4 cup fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 spicy sausage (100 grams), finely chopped
  • 350 grams of minced chicken

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Grease a pan and cover with baking paper.

Mix the crushed dry bread (or breadcrumbs) with the milk and set aside for 10 minutes.

Mix the egg with parmesan, parsley, garlic and black pepper and combine with the milk mixture. Add the chopped sausage and minced chicken and stir.

Form about 24 small meatballs and arrange them in the pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until done.

Serve the chicken meatballs with fresh green salad and fragrant red wine.
