Squeeze the tofu on kitchen paper for 15 minutes.
Cut the garlic into large pieces, mix it with the soy sauce, peanut butter and oil, honey, wine and blend them until smooth. Finally add the chili sauce and a walk of coriander. Blend again until the mixture is completely smooth and fine.
Cut the soy cheese into 8 pieces and marinate them for 1 hour in the sauce.
Remove the tofu from the marinade and grill it on a grill pan or grill until you get black streaks on it.
Using a spatula, turn and remove from the grill.
Serve with the rest of your sauce, if desired.
