Necessary products:
- 4 tortillas
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 100 grams of sour cream
- 3-4 stalks of fresh dill
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- salt, black pepper, hot red pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 marinated red peppers
- 1 green pickled pepper
- 1 teaspoon savory
- 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream and finely chop the dill, parsley, peppers and garlic. Add salt, black and red pepper to taste. Add olive oil and savory.
Stir and cool the mixture. Warm the loaves, spread them evenly with the resulting appetizer, roll them up and cut them.
Arrange on a plate and serve.
