  • 2 teaspoons cheddar
  • 170 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

for the spice mix:

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees while following the remaining steps of the recipe.

Finely chop the broccoli roses and place them in a large bowl. Grate cheddar cheese in a bowl, add chopped ham and cream cheese. Season with onion powder and stir.

In a bowl, mix the spices - salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, oregano and paprika.

Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise without dividing them. Open them and season them with the prepared spice. Thin them with a steak hammer between two sheets of cling film.

Place the baking paper in a rectangular cake pan.

Put two of the chicken breasts in the form, as they should cover both the bottom and the walls.

Put the 6 slices of ham on the chicken - on the bottom and walls, some of them out of shape.

Pour the broccoli mix and wrap with the ham.

Cover with the last chicken fillet using a fork handle and push the edges into the form.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool in the mold and remove using kitchen paper.

Cut into 2 cm thick pieces and serve.
