Required products :

  • 4 bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon nut milk or water
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons rye flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon walnuts (maybe other nuts or a mixture of nuts and dried fruits)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Method of preparation :

Dissolve the flaxseed flour in the nut milk or water, pour in the oil, add the vanilla extract and the mashed bananas.

Mix the rye flour with the crushed or chopped walnuts, add the cinnamon, baking soda and salt.

Combine the two combinations and pour the dough into a suitable form.

Bake the bread at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
