Learn how to cook "Salad with meat, mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
200 grams of mushrooms (marinated)
2 medium heads fried onions
2 medium boiled potatoes
1 raw carrot
300 grams of cooked meat of your choice (maybe tongue)
250 grams of yellow cheese
mayonnaise and cream - to taste
Method of preparation:
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and pour them into the salad bowl. Cut the onion, fry it after it cools, drain the fat and put it on the mushrooms. Spread with a sauce made from cream and mayonnaise. Peel the boiled potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater and spread the next layer of them in the salad bowl. Spread the sauce again. Grate a carrot in bulk, add it, followed by sauce again. Cut the meat into small pieces and proceed as with the other products. Finish the "arrangement" of the salad with grated yellow cheese.
You can decorate with lemon slices or sprinkle with chopped parsley.
