How To Cook Salad With Wheat, Tomatoes And Parsley Chips - Recipe

Necessary products :
1 1/2 teaspoons of wheat

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 700 grams of mixed cherry tomatoes, halved

Method of preparation :

Boil the wheat until ready.

Meanwhile, in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, fry the capers for 1-2 minutes until crispy. Transfer them to a napkin to drain the fat.

In the same pan, fry the parsley, in two portions, until crispy. Add another 1 tablespoon of olive oil if needed.

Sherry vinegar and the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil mix in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and wheat and stir to roll in the dressing. When serving, sprinkle with crispy parsley and capers.
