Required products :

200 grams butter
130 grams sugar
300 grams flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
70 grams peanuts or other
vanilla nuts to taste

Method of preparation :

Knead a classic shortcrust pastry from the softened butter, to which add the baking powder, egg, sugar and flour. You can do this by hand or with the help of a food processor.

The dough should be as elastic as plasticine. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely with a knife.

When you take the dough out of the fridge, cut circles out of it using a suitable cookie cutter or just take a cup. Be sure to make a small hole in the middle.

Coat the surface of the molds with whipped egg whites and dip this part in the nuts (this will make it easier to stick to the dough).

Arrange the sweets in a pan with the peanuts on top.

Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Serve as soon as they cool.

Enjoy your meal!
