Necessary products:

For the dough

450-500 grams of flour

250 ml of fresh milk

1 egg

12 grams of instant dry yeast

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

6 tablespoons odorless vegetable oil

pinch of salt

For the stuffing

12 sausages

1 pickle

1 egg yolk

tomato paste

cheese

butter

sesame

Method of preparation:

Knead the dough: In a little warm milk put 1 teaspoon of sugar and yeast, leave for about 10 minutes, after a while foam will form. Mix the egg with the remaining sugar and salt, add the remaining warm milk, yeast, vegetable oil, stir. Start adding the flour gradually and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Cover it with a towel and leave for about an hour in a warm place.

Meanwhile, make the sausage filling: Grate the yellow cheese, cut the cucumbers into cubes or tiles, peel the sausages and cut them in half lengthwise, but not to the end. Spread the tomato puree on the cut, fill with cucumbers and yellow cheese, press.

Cut the dough into equal pieces. Roll each of them (if you wish, you can spread with mustard). Place the sausage and roll the dough like a spiral, join the edges so as not to spoil the shape during baking.

Arrange the sausages in a greased pan, spread the yolk on top, mixed with 1 tsp water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
