Boil the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Cut them into large pieces and stew them in a little hot fat for about 3-5 minutes (until semi-finished). Then beat the eggs in the same bowl and mix them, add the shredded cheese and chopped parsley. Add salt to taste and leave the dish on the stove until ready (for a few minutes).
