Required products :

  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon dark mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • peel and juice of 1 lemon
  • 400 grams of shrimp meat - canned or pre-cooked
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

Method of preparation :

Melt 125 grams of butter and add mustard, curry, cayenne pepper.

Remove from the heat and place in a bowl. Add lemon juice and zest, crab meat, onion and coriander. Add salt to taste.

Divide the mixture into several small bowls (as for caramel cream) and store in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

During this time, melt the remaining oil and pour it over each portion. Cool well to allow the oil to harden. Serve with warm bread.
