Silicone baking molds have appeared recently, but are fast becoming a fashion trend in cooking. The range of these dishes is constantly increasing, and in addition to them, the market offers silicone brushes, cooking spatulas, lids for pots, knives and other kitchen necessities.

The advantages:
Manganese, silicon, chromium, nickel, boron, tungsten, selenium, cobalt, copper and other components can be used in the silicon production process. They may be released under the influence of high temperature or when the silicone is damaged. It is not difficult to guess that many of these substances could be dangerous to health. Therefore, there are special requirements for the preparation of silicone for medical and nutritional purposes. The production of such is a very slow and high-tech process, it should not be toxic and not cause allergies. In addition, the silicone used in cooking needs to be refractory and not react with organic acids. All these properties distinguish it from construction.
