How To Cook Small Pastry Cakes With Mayonnaise And Chocolate Hats - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Small pastry cakes with mayonnaise and chocolate hats". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon starch
200 grams mayonnaise
200 grams butter
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon juice
100 grams chocolate glaze
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon syrup
2 eggs

About 15-20 "mushrooms" are obtained from this amount of products.

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the mayonnaise and softened butter. Keep breaking.

Quench the soda in the lemon juice, add the starch to the flour. Mix all the products, kneading a thick dough.

Heat a cookie cutter with the appropriate shapes on the hob (of course, if you have another type, use them).

Grease the places where you will distribute the dough with oil and fill them with the prepared mixture (1/3 teaspoon of dough in each form).

Close the pan and bake the cakes for a few minutes on both sides, turning the form constantly.

Open the lid for a while and look at the dough so as not to burn the "mushrooms".

Arrange the finished on parchment.

If you do not have a ready-made chocolate glaze, just melt 1 chocolate in a water bath.

Dip your hats in it and your feet in the syrup and then in the poppy seeds. Put the sweets in the fridge for 15 minutes and you can now treat yourself.

Enjoy your meal!
