Required products :
2.5 kilograms of cold smoked mackerel
250 grams of high-fat sour cream
1 lemon
White bread
50 grams of butter
connection green onions
connection dill
30 grams of horseradish
5 grams of sweet red pepper
Method of preparation :
Cut the mackerel into small pieces, add the cream and horseradish, stir. Then put the finely chopped dill and green onions.
Grate the rind of the lemon and add it to the other products together with half of the citrus juice.
Mix everything and distribute the mixture in small ceramic bowls or other suitable molds.
Melt the butter and pour it over the pate, the surface should be covered with a thin layer of oil.
Put the pate in the refrigerator.
Toast bread slices, spread them with the cooled delicacy and sprinkle with paprika.
