Required products :
100 grams of cream cheese
1 teaspoon milk
2 peaches or a few apricots (you can use fruit if desired)
2 tablespoons crushed hazelnuts, almonds or other nuts of your choice a
pinch of turmeric
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put in a blender bowl, pour in the milk and add the cream cheese. Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture, which you distribute in suitable cups.
Sprinkle with crushed nuts and a pinch of turmeric, stir and serve.
