Necessary products:

 

  • 1 peeled avocado
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • 3-4 cocoa beans
  • 2 soft bananas
  • 200 milliliters of coconut milk

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grind the cocoa beans and set aside half of them. Add the chopped avocado, dates, bananas and beat. Pour the milk and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into cups and sprinkle with ground cocoa beans. Cool and serve.
