Required products :
1 teaspoon low-fat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon strawberries
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup fresh milk
3/4 tea cup oatmeal with raisins and walnuts (muesli)
Method of preparation :
Mix yogurt, water and strawberries. Beat them with a blender. Drizzle the oatmeal and dried fruit with the milk and pour over the other mixture. Stir, pour into a suitable glass and serve.
