Required products :
- 1.5 liters of meat broth
- 1.5 tablespoons semolina
- 3 eggs
- 50 grams of yellow cheese (can be Parmesan or another type)
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 1-2 stalks of basil
- spinach link
- Bay leaf

Method of preparation :
Grate the cheese.
Bring the broth to a boil and pour in a thin stream of semolina, stirring constantly.
Beat the eggs with a fork and also add to the liquid, pouring them in a thin stream and stirring vigorously. The faster you stir, the smaller the egg bran will be.
Add salt, a pinch of nutmeg.
Add the spinach.
Then the cheese and stir to melt.
