Required products :
350 grams of spaghetti
50 grams of almonds
50 grams of pine nuts
50 grams of pistachios
link fresh parsley
link fresh mint
peel of 1 orange optionally
salt and olive oil to taste
parmesan to taste
Method of preparation :
Using a food processor, grind all the nuts along with the green spices, large crumbs should be obtained.
Boil the spaghetti until semi-finished in salted water, then drain the liquid. Mix them with nuts and green spices, add olive oil and grated Parmesan to taste. It turns out delicious if you also use grated orange peel.
Serve the dish immediately while it is warm.
