Required products :

  • 200 grams of spaghetti
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • spices

Method of preparation :

Boil the spaghetti, grate the parmesan.

Mix the butter and olive oil in a large enough pan to collect the spaghetti a little later.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and let them fry for about a minute and a half, all you need is the egg white to set. Add salt and remove from the heat.

Drain the water (keep part of it, less than 1 cup) from the already prepared spaghetti, pour them over the eggs and stir. Spaghetti should be hot. Pour the broth that you separated, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir again.

You can add a little more liquid if needed to make a creamy sauce.

You can now serve, and if desired, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Breaded chicken breasts are a suitable addition.

Enjoy your meal!
