Required products :

75 grams of parmesan

2 proteins

1 teaspoon (or less) cayenne pepper (or hot red)

frying oil

 

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the parmesan finely.

 

Beat the egg whites to a froth.

 

Carefully mix 60 grams of Parmesan cheese with the beaten egg whites, add the pepper.

 

From the resulting mixture form small balls, using the remaining cheese instead of flour when making bites and "spread" your hands with it.

 

Heat oil and fry the parmesan balls until light brown. Periodically turn them on all sides in the fat.

It is better to fry 3-4 at a time so that they do not touch.

 

Serve the dish hot. An ideal addition are jam or cranberry jam.
