How To Cook Spicy Porridge With Minced Meat, Peppers And Parmesan - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of minced meat, seasoned with pepper and cumin
  • 2 tea cups finely chopped peppers
  • 1 finely chopped hot pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste

 

for porridge

 

  • 4 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Add onion, peppers, oregano and salt to taste. Stir, stew the mixture briefly and set aside.

In another bowl, heat three tea cups of the broth, and in the rest, mix the flour and stir. After boiling, pour the mixture, stir until thickened and season with salt, butter and Parmesan.

Arrange the dish on a plate, garnish with the meat stuffing and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese. Serve and eat with pleasure.
