Add the egg yolks, butter (pre-melted), sugar, semolina and salt to taste to the curd. Stir.
Combine this mixture with the spinach leaves, which you have already cleaned, separated from the stems, washed, drained from the water and cut into small pieces.
Beat the egg whites to a froth and then add to the other products. Stir gently and distribute the combination in a form whose bottom is previously greased and sprinkled with crushed breadcrumbs.
Flatten the surface of the spinach dough and cover with sour cream. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese on top, sprinkle with butter and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven.
Serve the finished pudding generously drizzled with melted butter and cold sour cream.
