Required products :

  • 3 oranges
  • 250 grams of spinach (you can use lettuce, lettuce, iceberg)
  • 1 cucumber if desired
  • red onion optional
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 60 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the lettuce leaves (chop if necessary) and place in a bowl.

Peel the oranges, cut them into slices, which you clean from the white skins with a sharp knife. As you remove the thin citrus coatings, juice will be released, so do this over a container to retain the liquid.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and add to the leaves. If you wish, add a little red onion to contrast with the other products.

Make a sauce from orange juice, sesame oil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Season the salad with it and serve.
