Required products :
2 teaspoons spinach leaves
1 banana
1 teaspoon apple juice
ground walnuts (or almonds)
Method of preparation :
Peel a banana, cut it into pieces, put it in a blender, add the spinach leaves and pour the apple juice. Beat everything until smooth. The walnuts can be crushed in bulk and added at the end or ground together with the other products. Use raw nuts.
The drink is ready. Distribute in suitable cups and serve.
