1 1/4 tea cups chilled apple juice (natural)
1 sliced well-ripened banana
1 medium sliced kiwi
5 - 10 berries
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
Method of preparation :
Pour all the fruit in a blender, pour the apple juice, add honey and beat until smooth.
Distribute the resulting drink in appropriate cups and serve.
