Required products :

  • 1.5 kilograms of lamb offal
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch dill and parsley
  • 6 eggs (3 raw and 3 hard boiled)
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • suitable spices

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the offal in salted water (if foam forms, remove it). When cool, grind until minced. To it add pre-fried onions, three raw eggs, chopped parsley and dill, spices to taste.

Stir the mixture until smooth and distribute it in the oblong form, which you have greased with oil and covered with parchment.

Arrange the boiled and peeled eggs in the middle of the minced meat, form a roll.

Bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees.

The dish is served cold with lettuce or seasonal vegetables.
