Method of preparation :
Season the minced meat with the spices, beat one egg and knead.
Boil the eggs for the filling hard, peel and saturate. Fry the chopped onion for 6-7 minutes in a little oil, add salt and add the mushrooms (cut into cubes). Cook until the onion is golden.
Mix in a bowl the products for the filling: eggs, mushrooms with onions, olives.
Spread the minced meat on a sheet of aluminum foil and put the stuffing on it. Using the foil, join the ends of the minced meat layer and form a roll, which is tightly fastened with the aluminum sheet.
Place in a pan and bake in a hot oven (190 degrees) for 15 minutes.
