How To Cook Stewed Pork With Tomatoes, Peppers And Peas - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of pork
  • 1 carrot
  • 2-3 sweet red peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100 grams of canned peas
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • salt and spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat and cut it into large cubes. Fry it in a pan in which you have previously heated olive oil for about 7-8 minutes (until a golden crust forms).

 

Then add the diced onions and carrots (diced). Stir and fry until the onion is golden.

 

Immediately add the peppers, cut into straws.

 

A few minutes later, reduce the heat and add the tomato puree, canned peas and tomatoes (cut into cubes) to the already fried products.

 

Stir and let the dish simmer for 5-8 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.

 

Serve with your favorite garnish.
