How To Cook Stewed Potatoes With Mushrooms And Peas In Coconut Milk - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 600 grams of small potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste
  • 150 grams of frozen peas
  • 100 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • salt and green spices

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms and peeled potatoes in four.

Heat olive oil and put curry paste, mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

Then add the potatoes, salt and pour a glass of water. Once the liquid boils, close with a lid and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

It's time to add the peas that you thawed beforehand. After 8 minutes, pour the coconut milk, sprinkle with green spices, add salt if necessary. Two minutes later, the fragrant mushroom curry is ready to serve.
