Required products :

  • 500 grams of squid
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon

Method of preparation :

Cut the squid tubes into 3-4 cm pieces and keep the tentacles whole.

Heat olive oil in a pan until clogged and carefully place the squid. Add the butter, garlic and parsley. Cook, stirring occasionally. Be careful if you fry the squid, they will become tough, they need about 2-4 minutes on high heat so that they are not raw. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon slices.
