Required products :

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 head of old onion
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
  • connection green onions
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste or mashed roasted red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • tuna - 1 can
  • 2 raw red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

In a small bowl, mix the roasted red pepper puree with the crushed garlic cloves, chili flakes and salt.

 

Peeled and sliced ​​potatoes and onions put in a saucepan with a little water, cook for several minutes.

Pour the hot sauce into the potato dish.
