Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, marinara sauce with onion and oregano, parsley and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to mix all ingredients well, then add the chicken pieces and stir again.
Fill the halved cambi with the resulting mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella. Put the stuffed peppers in a pan and pour the chicken broth around them. Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour, then remove the foil and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
