Required products :

1 carp about 1.5 kg
6-7 small tomatoes ( cherries )
100 grams of raisins
100 grams of dried apricots
100 grams of prunes
100 grams of walnuts
100 grams of almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon
spices to taste: salt, curry, black , red and white pepper
oil for frying

Method of preparation :

Wash the carp, clean the scales, cut off the head and remove the entrails.


Cut into pieces, roll in a mixture of salt and various types of ground pepper. Sprinkle the inside with lemon juice and fry until hot in hot oil.

 

Wash prunes and apricots, raisins, dry them and bake together with the crushed almonds and walnuts, putting in the dish 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add curry, ground white pepper, paprika.
