Required products :
red peppers stuffing
mozzarella
olives
oregano
thyme
olive oil
Determine the amount of products according to your taste preferences and the desired number of servings.
Method of preparation :
Divide the peppers in half lengthwise and clean the seeds (you can leave the tails). Arrange the halves in a greased pan and in each pepper put a piece of mozzarella, chopped olives and sprinkle with oregano and thyme to taste.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with lettuce.
