Necessary products:

300 grams of sponge cake

500 grams of cream

1 tsp sugar

3 tbsp gelatin

berries

Kiwi

Method of preparation:

Pour gelatin with half a glass of cold water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the sugar. After half an hour, put the gelatin on the stove until completely dissolved, but do not allow to boil. Add it to the cream, pouring in a thin stream and stirring constantly. Cover a deep dish with plastic wrap. At the bottom put strawberries, cut into halves and pieces of kiwi, on them a layer of crushed sponge cake. Repeat once more: fruit, sponge cake. Top with a mixture of cream and gelatin, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. When you take out the dessert, carefully transfer it to a suitable container and serve.
